LOAN Application Checklist

Step 1:	Fill out all sections of our Loan Application
Step 2:	Fax a copy of the fully executed purchase and sale agreement to 678-502-5030. Please provide any addendums or assignments relating to your contract.
Step 3:	Fax the following documentation to 678-502-5030. Copy of social security card (For each signer) Copy of a valid driver’s license (For each signer) Copy of last year’s W-2 or 1099 statement * Copy of two most recent months bank statements (Checking and Savings) Copy of last 2 years' tax returns (first 2 pages and Schedule E if own rental property) * Financial Statements of any investments that would be pertinent to the loan approval process (Liquid Assets) Documents of Incorporation, Trust or LLC if applicable * Not required for Stated Income/Verified Assets Loan Program.
Step 4:	Send $600 initial inspection and appraisal fee via overnight courier for immediate processing. -OR- Call 678-502-5000 to provide your VISA or Mastercard credit card information.
